AUGUSTA, Maine – Maine State Credit Union is excited to announce that Rori Carver has joined the organization as the Vice President of Project Management and Business Intelligence.

Carver has over 20 years of leadership in project management, business intelligence, and technology. She has led impactful initiatives in financial services, fintech, and healthcare, and founded a consulting firm that helps organizations enhance project delivery and adopt data-driven strategies.

“Rori possesses a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to collaboration,” said Shane Abbott, Chief Strategy Officer at Maine State Credit Union. “Her leadership will be crucial in developing our project management and business intelligence functions, aligning them with our long-term goals and improving the experience for our members.”

Carver holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Husson University, along with certifications in Project Management Leadership, Business Analytics Leadership, PMP, CSM, and Six Sigma.

A native of Lincolnville, Maine, she is actively involved in community initiatives and enjoys fishing, hiking, and exploring the Midcoast with her daughter.
