To delete your online banking account, please contact our call center or visit one of our branches
Deleting your online banking account will not close any deposit accounts, lines of credit, or loans you have with Maine State Credit Union. Please note:
- Automated payments set up in the “Bill Pay” section of your mobile app will not be canceled by deleting your online banking account. Cancellation of scheduled bill payments must be done prior to account deletion or through our call center.
- Scheduled payments or transfers made through the app will be canceled upon account deletion.
- Automatic transfers set up over the phone or in-branch will remain active.
Maine State Credit Union retains your account activity information for up to 7 years after your online account is deleted. You may re-register for online banking at any time, as long as you are an active member.
