Ending Hunger in Maine
Maine State CU is committed to raising $100,000 in 2025 to end hunger in Maine. One hundred percent of funds raised are directly distributed to food pantries, soup kitchens, homeless shelters, Meals on Wheels, and backpack programs.
Drive for Good
Did you know that Maine State CU will donate $25 to a local charity for every auto loan opened in 2025? Here’s how this donation benefits children, families, animal welfare, local arts and history, and combats food insecurity in Maine.
Backpacks4ME 2025 – Filling Backpacks & Fueling Futures!
At Maine State Credit Union, we believe that every child deserves to head back to school feeling confident, prepared, and supported by their community. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Backpacks4ME, a community-driven initiative to provide essential school supplies to students in need across the state of Maine.

At Maine State Credit Union, we’re passionate about supporting nonprofit and educational organizations in Androscoggin, Cumberland, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Somerset, and Waldo counties. We invite eligible organizations to submit a donation request.
