Starting on Friday, November 27, 2020, Maine State Credit Union will be moving to Drive Thru only.
At the end of business on Wednesday, November 25 will be closing all of our branch lobbies. We have made this decision to ensure the safety of our members, employees and their families. We will continue to monitor the trend of COVID cases in our area. Once the trend starts to reverse, we will set an opening date for the lobbies.
Exceptional Member Service is Our First Priority
We will continue to provide you with exceptional member service through our drive thru, over the phone in our eBranch, and online with our online and mobile banking app. If you need to meet with someone in person, please call us to set-up an appointment at 623-1851, option 2.
Drive-Thru
Our drive-thru locations at 200 Capitol Street, Augusta and 81 Grove Street, Waterville remain open from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. Our Hospital Street location drive-thru hours are 7:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday and 7:00 am - 5:00 pm on Friday. You will be able conduct your banking needs as you normally would with the same staff you interact with now.
eBranch
Our eBranch is our full-service call center branch. Our branch Financial Services Representatives will join this already impressive team and continue to help you with your lending needs over the phone. The hours for the eBranch will be from 7 am – 7 pm. Please call 623-1851, option 2 and they will be happy to assist you with all your credit union banking needs.
Online & Mobile Banking
Our robust online and mobile banking tools are available 24 hours a day. You can check your balances, transfer mobile, pay bills and even deposit a check with your phone.
ATMs & SURF Network
You have access to funds at any time. Simply visit a Maine State Credit Union ATM or any in the SURF network, withdraw money, make a deposit or make a transfer for free.
