Role:

The Financial Service Representative builds relationships with members and receives members in person, by online technology and telephone; is familiar with and has a thorough understanding of all deposit products and electronic delivery services; assists members in establishing new relationships; and enhancing member needs by optimizing usage of other Credit Union services. May open new accounts and originate loan application requests within established guidelines and lending authority. May also require proficiency in managing complex accounts and providing support to other team members seeking guidance or assistance. Proactively explores current and future needs of members.

Knowledge and Skills:

The successful candidate will have similar or related work experience and a high school diploma or GED. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact well with others.
