A lot of things have changed here on our website. We hope you find it easier to find the information you need. We'd like to explain a few things that have changed to make it easier for you to find your way around.
 
RSS Feeds
On certain pages you will see a button in the left hand column that looks like this click on this button to subscribe to the RSS feed for that page. What is RSS you might ask?
 
RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication" and it is an easy new way for you to stay updated with the latest news, events, and rates here at Maine State CU. It makes it possible to receive updates automatically instead of having to check here.
 
How do I use RSS?
First you'll need to get set up with an RSS reader. There are many options for getting RSS such as Google Reader. Most are free and easy to sign up for.
 
Once you get signed up for an RSS reader, just click on this icon to subscribe to the page. Then, every time we update the page it will send you a new article in your reader. So, now the news comes to you!
 
Calculators

We have added a great new feature to the site that allows you to calculate anything from a savings goal to what your mortgage payments will be. You can find the full list of calculators under the "Savings and Checking" and "Loans and Credit Cards"drop down menus at the top of this page. You can also find a calculator by viewing our rates page, finding the account type you want, and clicking the calculator icon next to the rate. This will bring you to a calculator for that type of account.
 
Photos
We've updated the images on the site to portray landmarks and areas that identify our field of membership. All the photos were taken by employees or members. We'd like to give them credit here.
