Annual Meeting & Board of Directors' Nominations Announcement

Tickets: $8.00*

Social Hour:  5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Dinner:  6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Business Meeting:  7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Dancing:  8:00 - 11:00 p.m.

* Tickets may be purchased beginning late January


The Board of Directors has appointed a Nominating Committee to prepare for the 2010 Board Elections.  Currently there are three positions open. 

The following candidates have been nominated by the committee:

Lee Cabana
Tom Cusick
Joe Suga

The election will result in the selection of three members to fill positions for three (3) three-year terms.  Credit Union members not nominated by the Committee, but who have a desire to run in the election, may be nominated by the membership through the submission of a petition signed by at least one percent of the Credit Union's membership (252).

Balloting will be conducted by mail instead of at the Annual Meeting.  Ballots and related information will be sent directly to eligible members in mid-February, if there are additional nominees.  There will be no write-in voting or nominations accepted at the Annual Meeting.  Election results will be announced during the Business Meeting on Saturday, March 27, 2010.
